Techture delivered SketchUp-based architectural modeling and visualization services for a 3,400 sq. ft. residential project. The scope focused exclusively on the kitchen and primary bathroom, developing detailed 3D models based on client-provided drawings. Standard SketchUp components were used to accurately represent cabinetry, fixtures, and plumbing elements. Following model approval, high-quality rendered views were generated to support design visualization and client decision-making.
1. Development of 3D SketchUp models for Kitchen and Primary Bathroom based on client-issued drawings.
2. Modeling of cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, fittings, and interior architectural elements.
3. Use of standard SketchUp Warehouse components for furniture and fixtures.
4. Application of client-specified materials and finishes.
5. Production of 1–2 Kitchen renders and 1 Primary Bathroom render, including one revision cycle.
