
Techture provided LOD 300 Ceiling & Soffit BIM modeling for a 32,400 sq. ft. residential development using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. The scope involved creating simplified 3D geometry of all horizontal ceilings and vertical soffits based on client-issued architectural drawings. The models were developed for coordination and clash detection, ensuring accurate spatial integration with other disciplines. The one-time modeling effort supported effective collaboration and reduced potential conflicts during design and construction phases.
