Techture delivered LOD 400 MEPF BIM modeling services for a 22,000 sq. ft. luxury penthouse residence, ensuring fabrication-ready coordination across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems. Developed using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, the model was created based on client-issued design drawings with the architectural model serving as the coordination reference. The scope focused on achieving high accuracy for complex residential service routing within premium interior environments. A BIM-driven workflow enabled clash-free integration and improved installation readiness.
1. Development of LOD 400 MEPF BIM models covering HVAC, plumbing, drainage, storm, electrical, and fire protection systems.
