This 250,000 sq. ft. Data Center project involved detailed MEPF BIM modeling at LOD 400, developed from Design Development (DD) to Construction Document (CD) stage drawings. Covering all major services - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection - the scope emphasized coordination, constructability, and off-site readiness. By applying DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) principles, we optimized layouts for prefabrication and modular assembly, enabling efficient off-site production and streamlined on-site installation.
