Techture developed a 3D BIM model for new steam piping within an existing Steam Plant, using design markups and point cloud data. The scope included integration with existing MEP systems, clash detection, and generation of detailed fabrication and sleeve drawings. RTS points were also extracted to ensure precise on-site installation, all delivered through a Scan to BIM workflow.

4. Performed clash detection and resolved conflicts using PDF and field inputs.
5. Generate fabrication drawings with pipe tags and dimensions.
6. Create sleeve drawings for roof penetrations.
7. Extract RTS (Robotic Total Station) points for precise field layout.
