The project involved developing an accurate As-Built BIM model of a retail store using high-density point cloud data. The model included architectural, structural, and MEP elements, with a focus on capturing concealed above-ceiling services. Custom Revit families and reusable templates were created to ensure consistency. The model was built in alignment with the client's BIM standards and designed to support future facility management through embedded metadata.
1. Develop an accurate LOD-300 As-Built BIM model for Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines using scan data.
2. Model above-ceiling MEP components, with attention to accuracy and coordination space.
3. Create project-specific Revit families and templates for uniformity across sheets and models.
