1. Create a detailed BIM Execution Plan (BEP) outlining workflows, standards, and protocols.
2. Develop LOD-400 models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire (MEPF) disciplines, conduct clash detection, and a constructability review and coordination between all the stakeholders throughout the construction stage.
