Techture provided structural BIM modeling and coordination services for a 75,000 sq. ft residential project in Canada, working in close collaboration with the precast contractor. The scope included LOD 400 modeling of shear walls, foundations, staircases, steel framing, and columns, along with drawing development and multi-trade BIM coordination.
Our role was to ensure that all structural elements were accurately modelled, fully coordinated with other disciplines, and delivered in line with the project’s tight schedule and budget constraints. By leveraging a collaborative BIM environment, we facilitated seamless integration between architectural, structural, interior, and landscape designs, enabling smoother execution on-site.
