Palm Beach Riverstone is situated near West Palm Beach, Florida. It is a multifamily residential building with a parking garage. It has around 400 typical apartment units with intense MEP services throughout the facility. Due to the complex MEP services, there was a requirement for BIM-based services coordination involving all the stakeholders namely designers, general contractors, and trade contractors.
